OEM-Module - DRM-3000

Axentia DRM-3000 is a singleboard DARC receiver module. It gives access to wireless information services available over the nation-wide FM radio. The module is intended for use as an OEM module for integration in other products.

All DARC Receiver products from Axentia use the same binary protocol for connection to a data terminal or host. It can also be set up for transparent output of received data. This means that the receiver type can be changed without altering the software. Its design makes the receiver a flexible unit that can be used in a wide variety of applications. The unit conforms to applicable standards and is fully compatible with all levels of the European DARC protocol. Axentia DRM-3000 contains serial interfaces, audio and general purpose I/O. All signals uses logic levels (0/3V), to interface to a PC, buffering is required for RS-232 (+/- 6V). Axentia DRM-3000 can be extended with application specific software and/or hardware functions.
