FileWing

FileWing is an easy to use utility for retrieving files from a server and send them out to a population of DARC receivers.

With FileWing you can mirror a folder to a set of DARC receivers by having FileWing cycle their transmission at a configurable interval. It is also possible to send a file as soon as it appears in a folder.

The main features are:
•  Sending single files as well as whole folders
•  Flexible configuration, different settings for every folder you configure etc.

In FileWing you specify per directory parameters when you add a file. It is also possible to set the sending behavior of the files by uploading a description file in the directory where you publish your files.

WebWing

WebWing is an easy to use utility for retrieving HTML-pages from a Web-server, filter them and send them out to a population of DARC receivers .

This can be used when you want to distribute content available on the Internet/intranet.

The main features are:
•  Preview of web contents
•  Filtering and conversions to adapt to CitySurfer (DRT-4000) capabilities
•  Several parallell sites can be retrieved and sent out

The WebWing server is equipped with special filters and preview-utilities that are tailor-made for the WebWing client in the handheld device CitySurfer DRT-4000 .
